if you mean the real cosmetic stuff i dont think anyone will. i havent seen any in stores and i dont think anyone would wear it on their lips. but thats just me.

There are tons of blue lipsticks out there. Just go to Mish-Mosh or some other makeup only store and you'll find it. Why do you need blue lipstick anyway? Are you trying to get out of doing something by saying you have hypothermia? ;-) jk
