not sure where you can buy blue lipstick but i would recommend making it yourself, just mix up eyeshadow and vaseline and you're set. super cheap and super easy, plus you can get a custom colour.Where can you buy blue lipstick and not online.?
I haven't been able to find any blue lipstick in Halloween stores, or Hot Topic. I think buying online would be best. In the mean time, you could just use blue eyeliner instead as a substitute. It works well and doesn't smudge either.Where can you buy blue lipstick and not online.?

pretty much any costume/halloween store would probably have blue lipstick.
Just mix blue eyeshadow with a clear lip gloss for a quick and cheap fix.
you should go check out a Halloween store...for sure they have some there!
