Does brown lipstick look good on fair skin & light blue eyes?

I use a chocolate brown lipstick %26amp; I have fair skin with light blue eyes. I heard it makes the skin look even lighter %26amp; makes light blue eyes even bluer. Is this true? Uhhh...no. I wouldn't recommend wearing brown lipstick. If anything, think of a really light brown matte lipstick like Angelina Jolie wears or something.
yes. i have both and get nothing but compliments everytime i wear my favorite dark brown, chocolatey colored lipstick. Don't be afraid to do the right color red either. Match it to your skin tone. Ask any dept. store make-up artist and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

The same goes for eyeliner/eyeshadow, don't over do it, but both can make blue eyes pop. try almay, they have stuff formulated specifically for blue eyes.
