I would do a gorgeous glossy red. I would use a Red, that has a hue of Orange and a just a hint of brown. Almost like a light burgendy but not the purply kind, more with the orange tones. That will accent your eyes, hair and probably go with any outfit you wear.
I would say go with something that represents salsa dancing! Go bold.
