Does it look wierd for a teenage girl to wear bright lipstick?

i really love colorful things and i was thinking of getting a sort of coral color from the maybelleine color sensational colllection but idk if that would look wierd, like im bad at applying makeup or somthing cuz one time this really wierd girl at my school showed up one day with super red lipstick on and everyone made fun of her...Does it look wierd for a teenage girl to wear bright lipstick?

They are experts at knowing which lipstick, be it bright or nude, would suit your features, skin tone and general coloring By doing this, you can not go wrong, and will advise you on the best brights for your skin. Im fair skinned, with dark hair, and ive just bought a gorgeous bright pink lipstick from them, called ';Girl about town'; But i think a bright pink like that, cant go wrong with anyone or any skin tone. Make sure you have toned down eyes, with good clear skin, then you can carry off any bright lipstick.

If you like the color than go for it! But, it dependes all on how you wear eye make-up or blush so careful!!!
