i am a make up artist and if your going for matching your lipsticks with your eyes and hair...





dark brown hair usually doesnt go well with a really POPED out color, so try something more subtle, and with blue eyes- a nice light pinkish or a tan goes beautifully, but by the way your describing yourself, i would definately go for a Shiny, Coral color!

try a darker, not the darkest though, red and maybe purples but they have to be blended with red
