i don't think its weird at all.! just be careful how and when you wear it. make sure it goes with the look your going for that day. a really hot color to wear is red maybe you should try that color.
No definitely not i think really bright lipstick colours look great :] just make sure you wear a nude colour for your eyeshadow or youll end up looking like a clown x
no as long as it compliments your skin and doenst look like one of those old ladies wearing super bright orange lipstick or hot pink lipstick and where it looks horrible on them.
